		<description>I&#039;m not saying that the system needs to be changed, it works well in my opinion. What I would like to see is that a change when a business model falls and another is making money, the business clings onto that good model and changes their contract to make sure they take a bigger piece of the pie when technically they didn&#039;t do anything different to ask for a bigger piece. I know in business, 12 million dollars is like loose change to me, and everybody needs to be paid their right salary, but asking the public to pay more may have a big kickback in sales and in the end, with the increase could make both parties suffer.
